When you enquire

We use the name, email address and optional details you provide to consider your request and reply to you. Our website sends travel enquiries through FormSubmit to info@zelrocprive.com. A confirmation on the form means that the delivery service accepted the request; it cannot confirm arrival in an inbox.

Please share only what is needed to begin. Do not submit passport scans, payment card details, passwords or sensitive documents through this form. You do not need to provide a destination or exact dates.

Chat & the guided concierge

Crisp provides our chat service. The Crisp widget loads on website pages and can process connection information and use browser storage to maintain a conversation. Choosing a direct chat link opens Crisp’s hosted chat page.

Our guided concierge is a set of curated choices, not an AI service. Its choices and optional message remain in the current page’s memory until you leave or reload. A session-storage flag remembers only whether you dismissed its small invitation. Opening a chat does not automatically send your request; any draft must be reviewed and sent by you.

Membership & shop requests

Membership introductions and shop pre-order requests currently open a draft in your email app. They are sent only when you press Send there. The form does not save those details to browser storage. Your email provider handles the message when you send it.

Practical privacy

This static website has no customer login or customer database. GitHub Pages serves the site, while FormSubmit, Crisp and your email provider handle the relevant services. These services may process information outside your country. Our code does not save enquiry text or contact details to local storage or place them in analytics events.

If you use a shared device, close the enquiry and chat after use. For questions about your information or a request to access or remove details held by our team, email info@zelrocprive.com. Please do not include sensitive documents in an initial request.
